Heartland Homes Project Pty Ltd (ACN 681 900 523) operates the Heartland Homes Project Sustainable Living Platform (the Platform). The Platform provides members with access to partner discounts, sustainable living resources, and tiny home guides. Free draw entries into the Heartland Homes Project trade promotion giveaway are included as a bonus benefit of membership.
These Membership Terms govern the relationship between Heartland Homes Project Pty Ltd (we, us, our) and you as a member. By purchasing a membership or access package, you agree to these terms.

Monthly memberships provide ongoing access to the Platform and free draw entries for as long as the subscription remains active. Three tiers are available:

All monthly tiers include full access to the same Platform benefits. Tiers differ only in the number of free entries included. There are no lock-in contracts. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
One-off access packages provide Platform access for the duration of the current draw period only. Free draw entries are included as a bonus benefit:

One-off packages do not auto-renew. A new package must be purchased to access the Platform or receive entries into subsequent draws.

The Platform is growing. Partner discounts and resources will expand over time. We do not guarantee a specific number of partner offers at any given time. The core benefit of membership is genuine and ongoing — we are committed to ensuring membership delivers real value independent of the draw.
Free draw entries are a bonus benefit of membership. Entries are not sold. The membership fee is charged for Platform access only.
Monthly subscription entries accumulate each month the subscription remains active and roll into every draw open during that period. They do not expire while your subscription is active.
One-off package entries are valid for the current draw period only and do not roll into future draws.
Monthly subscribers who maintain continuous membership receive bonus entries as a reward for loyalty:
Bonus entries are added automatically upon reaching each milestone.
No purchase is necessary to receive a draw entry. Participants who do not wish to purchase a membership may obtain one free entry per draw by postal request. Full details are available in the Trade Promotion Terms and Conditions.
Monthly subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis from the date of your first payment. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be collected, your membership may be suspended and your entries paused until payment is resolved.
All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your member account or by contacting us at info@heartlandhomesproject.com. There are no cancellation fees.
Upon cancellation:
We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. If you believe a charge has been made in error, contact us at info@heartlandhomesproject.com.
You may upgrade or downgrade your monthly subscription tier at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle. Contact us at info@heartlandhomesproject.com to request a tier change.

Members can earn extra free draw entries in two ways — by referring new members, and by sharing posts on social media. Both cost nothing. Both give you a better shot at winning.
Every member has a unique referral link in their account. When someone signs up using your link and their first payment clears, you both receive bonus entries automatically — no request needed.
You earn entries matching what your referral purchased. For monthly subscriptions, you receive the first month's equivalent only.

There is no cap. The more people you refer, the more entries you earn.

The double-entry bonus applies to the first purchase only. Self-referrals are not permitted. Referral entries are granted when the referred member's first payment clears. If a payment is reversed, entries will be removed.
Members earn 1 free draw entry for each verified public social media post about Heartland Homes Project. Posts can be shared on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, or any public platform.
To claim your entry: log into your member account and submit the public URL of your post. Our system verifies it automatically and adds your entry within 24 hours. There is no limit on how many posts you can submit.
To be accepted, your post must:
Tip: add your referral link to the post. If anyone clicks through and joins, you earn the full referral reward on top of your share entry — and it keeps working for as long as the post is live.
To the extent permitted by law, Heartland Homes Project Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform or membership, including but not limited to loss of savings expected from partner discounts or failure to win a draw.
Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, warranty, or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
We may update these Membership Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify active members by email and update the date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If a change materially affects your rights, we will give you at least 14 days notice before the change takes effect. You may cancel your membership before the change takes effect if you do not agree.
These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be referred to the appropriate courts of New South Wales.
